Through many generations our family always devoted its efforts to wine production. Whether they were winegrowers, foremen or oenologists they all shared passion for their jobs.

Our adventure begins in 2002 when we planted a red wine vineyard within a traditional white grapes region and the first challenge was to show that in Cadiz region we could produce quality red wines. Starting from scratch was hard, however worktime was family time too and good friends were always around when the harvest time arrived.

As our project progressed we embarked on a new challenge: the recovery of red wines made from Tintilla de Rota, it was back in 2011.

In 2013 we started a “parcel” wine project of Premium Sherries at El Corregidor farm within Carrascal estate. The combination of the Barajuela purest Albariza soil along with a 40 years old Palomino Fino vineyard led to unique Sherries including a Fino, a Dry Oloroso and a Raya.
