Is performed manually and in small boxes of not more than 15 kg.
The olive cold centrifuged immediately after being collected. This produces organic extra virgin oil of the highest quality with an acidity of less than 0.2.
“Bienteveo” is colored yellow gold. Flavours reminiscent of freshly cut green grass. We also find notes of ripe apple and other fruits. The palate is notable for its softness and sweetness.
